If Its Friday It Must Be Pizza Night

Every Friday, unless the temperature is above 85 I make pizza for DH and DD. I can't eat pizza. The melted cheese hates me. So here we go
First the

after a few hours we have

then I do this

and this

then you get this

and they do this to it

So if you are in Virginia Beach and feeling hungry and it is Friday stop by. We usually have pasta on Weds night. The leftover sauce goes on the pizza along with any leftover meatballs or sausage.
Not food or knitting related. I looked out the window this morning and saw this.

These two are litter mates and are always together They are strays.

I finished my Sock pals socks and mailed them off. Instead of sending a lot of stuff in the box. I just added chocolates. I have arranged for different things to be sent to her over the next week or so. So her surprises will keep coming :-) I hope the socks fit and I hope she likes them.
Have a great weekend everyone!

I need a new oven, this one stinks of gas

many many moons ago, while part of LaLeche League and nursing babies was my lot in life, I made homemade pizza every week too. I haven't made it from scratch in a quite awhile, although I have used to the tube pizza dough spread it in the pan, rolled string cheese along the sides and had stuffed crust pizza, I am a mushroom and onion pizza lover, oh don't get me wrong I love meatballs and sausage but am trying to eat a meatfree, hormonefree, antibiotic free diet so unless its organic I can't have it anymore, its a correlation to the hormone difficulties with the menopause and the panic attacks!!! But your pizza looks delicious, maybe we will have that (But takeout) for dinner tonight!!!!

That looks good, I'm coming over for dinner on Friday!! We have Spaghetti night on Sundays, it's the easy stress-free meal to make after either coming home from the inlaws or coming home from doing work at our new house.

Yay for homemade pizza. I get lazy and make the dough in the bread machine, or buy the stuff in an envelope.

You, on the other hand, are one awesome Guido chick. I haven't made red sauce in years because DH doesn't like it, so we are chopped tomato and olive oil pasta eaters.

LOL well show up on Friday and dig in. Only not this Friday, since my new stove doesn't arrive till Sat. And it is just too damn hot to turn on the oven.
Bets I have basil growing in the garden. Sometimes I make a little pizza for me. Just slice garden tomatoes, fresh basil and olive oil.
When my bread machine worked, I use to make dough in it.
Grace I would be glad to make your pizza to order. Mostly they get mushrooms or onions or olives. But sometimes I get special requests for leftover meatballs. Remember I don't eat the pizza. I open a can of soup and make them feel guilty :-)
